Welcome to our studio

Our classes, taught by experienced osteopaths and advanced Pilates instructors, are designed to help you build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to rehabilitate an injury, boost your athletic performance, or simply feel better in your body, we’ve got you covered.

Why pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and promoting a strong mind-body connection. Our approach is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy and movement patterns, thanks to our team of skilled osteopaths and Pilates instructors who tailor each session to meet your specific needs.

“Can’t recommend highly enough”

Liz is amazing. I have used 3 osteopaths in the last 15 years for general issues in relation to poor posture (working with a laptop from home, and driving loads). She is the only one who I feel comfortable with and is able to manage my pain.

I have not seen any of the other osteopaths for years now. Whilst I will always need ongoing treatment (probably because I don’t follow her guidance; re stretches etc as much as I should) I am happy for the benefit that I gain from my visits every month or so. Great person, and brilliant at her job. Can’t recommend highly enough.
